These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of texasesaletteronline.com and the services offered by Texas ESA Letter Online. By accessing our site or booking an evaluation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Services
We connect Texas residents with independent, state-licensed mental health professionals who may, at their sole professional discretion, issue emotional support animal (ESA) or psychiatric service dog (PSD) letters following a clinical evaluation.
No guaranteed outcome. Booking an evaluation does not guarantee that you will receive a letter. Each clinician makes an independent determination based on their professional judgment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Texas to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during your evaluation. Providing false information may result in denial without refund.
Payments
Fees are described on our Pricing page and are due at the time of booking. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is for the clinical evaluation and letter preparation, not for a guaranteed letter.
Refund Policy
Because our service involves a professional clinical evaluation, fees are generally non-refundable once your evaluation has taken place. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith. Fees are not refundable once a letter has been issued, or where false information was provided.
Client Responsibilities
- Use any letter you receive lawfully and honestly.
- Understand that letters reflect a clinician's opinion at a point in time and may be subject to verification by third parties such as landlords or airlines.
- Not misrepresent an animal's status or your health condition.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Texas ESA Letter Online and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas ESA Letter Online is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including decisions made by third parties regarding any letter you receive.
